Q.1 What is an e-ticket?

An e -ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless ticket, which is sent to you via email. There are no physical documents involved. It ensures hassle free travel; you can travel without the fear of losing or misplacing the ticket. You just need to carry a print out of your e-ticket along with a valid photo ID while checking in for your flight.


Q.2 How to book a tour?

We suggest you that you view the Booking Page on the our Rbhtrip.com website, which include many tours that are being taken by most of the tourists coming to all country.


Q.3 Can I buy an Air Ticket through you also?

Yes, you can. Our services are comprehensive. We do both international and domestic ticketing.


Q.4 Can I book the hotels only with you and not the complete tour?

Yes, we have special rates with many hotels across India. We are sure that we will be able to offer you hotels in your desired destination for your budget.


Q.5 Can I change my hotel booking?

You may change your hotel reservation details. However, certain charges as per the hotel policies might be applicable.


Q.6 How can I check my reservation in booking?

You can also find your confirmation under the Bookings section of your account.


Q.7 Can I change or manage my booking?

Yes, you can use 'manage booking' to change your travel dates, add optional extras, upgrade to Business Class or simply update your details.


Q.8 How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You can find your reservation through the confirmation number on our website. If anything problem, you can contact us with the confirmation number.


Q.9 Is it possible to book a multi-city trip?

Yes, you can book domestic as well as international multi-city trips on our website.


Q.10 How many seats can I book in a single transaction?

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked in a single transaction. If you need to book for more than 9 travellers you will have to go through the entire booking process again for the additional travellers.


Q.11 Can I do a name change if I made a mistake while booking?

Most of the Airlines do not accept name change requests. Some of them who do, charge a penalty for the same. You can write to us on care@rbhtrip.com so that we may request the Airline to make changes on your behalf.


Q.12 When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the cancellation request; However, depending on your bank's policy, it may take a minimum of 5 working days and a maximum of 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.


Q.13 If there are children travelling with us, do they stay for free?

When searching for your hotel you will need to enter the number of adults as well as the number of children (aged 2 to 12). Our search results will be displayed accordingly. No extra bed will be provided by the Hotel if the child stays free of charge. Children over the age of 12 are considered adults.


Q.14 Do I need to carry the hotel voucher to check in to my hotel?

Yes. You will need to have a physical or soft copy of your hotel voucher in order to check-in.


Q.15 What payment options are available on the site.

Payments can be made through credit and debit cards, net banking, cash cards, gift cards, UPI and mobile wallets.


Q.16 After I entered my payment details and submitted the transaction, I get a message stating ‘Session Expired’, the payment was deducted however I did not get a ticket?

The online booking system is of a dynamic nature and the fares are sold out every minute, due to this a slight difference in time between availability and submission can result into unavailability of fares. However, our customer service representatives will contact you to either confirm the booking or refund the same.
