These Terms describe the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of this website. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions and notices and you agree to accept and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices in effect at the time of your use of our website and facilities.
The Company regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, any increase in monument/museum entry fee, taxes, fuel cost or guide fee by the Government of India will be charged as additional charges.
We do not have an insurance policy that covers expenses due to accident, illness, loss due to theft, or any other reason. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their own country. All baggage and personal property are at the customer's risk at all times.
We will not be responsible for any delay and change in program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellation, accident, machinery or equipment breakdown, transport breakdown, weather, illness, landslide, political shutdown or any untoward incident.
Each member of the party must have valid passports, visas and all necessary documents for the countries they are visiting. The company accepts no responsibility for any delay or expenses incurred if your documents are not in order.
You are responsible for presenting yourself for check-in for flights at the correct time and pick up for all pre-booked components of your holiday. The Company cannot accept responsibility for customers missing flights as a result of late check-ins and no credit or refund will be given if you fail to undertake any part of your holiday. No credit for refund will be given for travel documents that are lost, misplaced or destroyed.
It is the responsibility of the person signing the booking form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.
The Company will undertake to ensure the safety of the Customer throughout the Tour, although aspects of each particular Tour may not be without danger. Clients must be prepared to sign a 'Disclaimer of Liability' form before starting their tour. This forms an understanding that all customers are required to exercise judgment and care at all times to ensure the safety of themselves and their fellow tourists.
Be aware that some confirmed bookings are not refundable if cancelled, and also may not be transferable to another date or otherwise changed. Alternatively, a change may only be permissible subject to payment of an additional fee or charge. It is your responsibility to check if a booking is non-refundable or will incur charges for changing it before placing the booking.
Changes and cancellations of confirmed bookings may incur fees from Suppliers in addition to our service fees. Suppliers’ fees are outlined in their relevant terms and conditions.
We aim to update our site regularly and may make changes to the Service at any time. If necessary, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely.
